1. Preparation before installation
Before installing the Two track sliding door, accurate measurement and preparation are the key to ensure horizontality and verticality. First, use professional measuring tools such as a level and a laser rangefinder. Take a comprehensive measurement of the door opening where the sliding door is installed, including the height and width of the door opening at different positions, and record any possible deviations. Check the flatness of the wall around the door opening. If the wall is uneven, it needs to be treated first, such as leveling with cement mortar. At the same time, ensure the flatness of the ground. If the ground is uneven, it can be repaired with self-leveling materials. Prepare high-quality installation accessories, such as adjustable anchor bolts, which can flexibly adjust the height of the door during installation.
2. Key points of track installation
The track installation of the Two track sliding door directly affects its horizontality and verticality. When installing the track, use a level to calibrate it. First install the upper track, fix the track to the wall above the door opening, and measure the levelness at a certain distance (for example, 30-50 cm) along the length of the track. If there is any deviation, adjust the tightness of the fixing screws in time. The installation of the lower track is equally important, and it must be ensured to be completely parallel to the upper track. You can use a vertical line to assist calibration. Hang a line from the top of the door opening to ensure that the distance between the lower track and the vertical line is consistent throughout the entire length. After the track is installed, check its levelness and parallelism again.
3. Adjustment of door installation
After the track is installed, install the door body. After installing the door body on the track, don't rush to fix it. First check the sliding of the door body in the track to see if the door body can move smoothly on the track and there is no obvious tilt. If the door body is tilted, you can change its angle by adjusting the adjustment screws on the door body. At the same time, use a level to check the verticality of the door body, and measure it on both sides and the top edge of the door body. If the door is not vertical, you can adjust the slider on the track or the door's hanging point to make corrections, ensuring that the door is vertical to the ground and the wall.
4. Inspection and fine-tuning after installation
After the installation of the Two track sliding door is completed, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out. Close and open the sliding door several times to observe its status during operation. Check the horizontality and verticality of the door again to see if there are any deviations caused by slight displacement during installation. If a slight non-horizontal or non-vertical situation is found, the final correction can be made by fine-tuning the fixing screws of the track or the adjustment device of the door. In addition, check whether the gap between the door and the wall around the door opening is uniform. If it is not uniform, it may indicate that there is a problem with the horizontality or verticality, and further adjustments are required until the horizontality and verticality of the sliding door are in the ideal state.
